At VikenPlan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your VikenPlan account, select the order you wish to return, and choose between a refund or an exchange for a different size.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
